The purpose of this ratio is to show the yield of keywords. Anything above 1 is a sign of a good healthy site in a niche offering a good yield efficiency. Anything below 1 can either mean that the site has still plenty of headroom or that it is in a very competitive niche.
Based on Ahrefs numbers, Sandersguide was well under the radar. Ahrefs organic traffic estimate is just 61 visits per month, whereas Google Analytics stats provided by the seller via MotionInvest showed a traffic above 1000 monthly sessions. In my experience, ahrefs isn’t that good at estimating the traffic of the smallest sites (not enough data). This sanders review site has enjoyed a steady growth since launching in early 2019. It was impacted by the April Google update but it has since recovered. The topic is very niche but there’s still some headroom. Just one major issue at the moment: the traffic seems pretty much concentrated among 5 out of 50 pages.
