The purpose of this ratio is to show the yield of keywords. Anything above 1 is a sign of a good healthy site in a niche offering a good yield efficiency. Anything below 1 can either mean that the site has still plenty of headroom or that it is in a very competitive niche.
We were not far from the latest published revenues with our estimate (145 vs 100 per month). The site is marketed on Flippa with a Buy Now Price of $6200, which is far too high compared with the current MRR. It should at best sell for $4500. We’ve seen better affiliate sites in the music niche but that’s probably a good thing for the buyer, there’s room for improvement, if you grab the site at the right price though, ideally under $4K. The actual revenue depends on the UX quality of the site and the smart insertion of affiliate links. It's also influenced by the other forms of monetisation (info products, display ads, etc.). Simply consider this estimate as the average goal of a typical good AMZ affiliate site.
