Using candle anchors
Candle anchors or candle adhesive putty can help keep your candlestick holders in place. By putting a small amount of the adhesive in the holder and pushing it onto your candle, you can secure the base and prevent it from tipping over. However, make sure you don’t overuse the adhesive to avoid any residue stains around the holder.
Creating a stable environment
Candlestick holders can easily tip over if placed in a drafty area or if there’s too much foot traffic around them. To prevent this from happening, make sure you place your candlestick holder on a stable surface and away from any possible drafts. This will reduce the chances of it tipping over during use.
Reducing the height of the candle wick
The higher the wick of your candle, the more prone your candlestick holder is to tipping over due to the uneven distribution of wax. To prevent this, make sure you trim the wick to about a quarter of an inch before lighting the candle. This will prevent the wax from melting unevenly and causing the holder to tip over.
