Step 1: Open Notepad and Type the URL
The first step to creating a hyperlink in Notepad is to type the URL into a new document. This can be done by simply typing the URL into the document or copying and pasting it from a website or another document. Once you have the URL typed out, move on to the next step.
Step 2: Add the Anchor Text
The next step is to add the anchor text. This is the text that will be used as the link. For example, if you type “Click Here” as the anchor text, then when the user clicks on that text, they will be taken to the URL you typed in the previous step. To do this, place your cursor after the URL and hit the spacebar.
Step 3: Create the Hyperlink
