Gather the materials

Just like with the first coat, use a paint roller to apply an even layer of paint to the surface. Make sure to follow the instructions on the paint can regarding drying time between coats. It’s important to give each coat enough time to dry to avoid any issues with the final result.
Remove the masking tape and hang the whiteboard
Once the second coat is dry, carefully remove the masking tape border. This will reveal a clean and professional-looking edge for your whiteboard. After removing the masking tape, check for any spots that may need touch-ups and apply additional paint if necessary. Once you’re satisfied with the appearance of your DIY whiteboard, it’s time to hang it in your office. Depending on the type of surface you’re mounting it on, use appropriate hardware such as screws or adhesive strips to securely attach the whiteboard to the wall. Make sure to use a level to ensure it’s straight.
