Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are known to reduce inflammation in the body and can help in reducing the symptoms of dry eyes. Sources of these include fatty fish (salmon, sardines), fish oil supplements, flaxseed oil, and chia seeds. Eating food rich in omega 3 fatty acids can help in reducing the dryness of eyes.
